Alright, this is definitely a warm-up bet to get the juices flowing. We just have too many new pieces to make any confident prediction one way or another. I do think that the heart of this team – Dante Harris especially – will secure a win for the Hoyas somehow.

Oh baby, we’re back. In the words of Harry James, “It’s been a long, long time.” The return to Capital One has generated a palpable buzz, and I’m hoping a highlight reel game today could build upon this momentum. A new season, a new slate. The freshman, starters, captains, players off the bench all have something to prove, as do I. This season, I owe it myself to emerge as the best Thompson’s Towel capper. Let’s set the tone.
I’m going to be honest here: last night I penetrated enemy territory, and watched Villanova lose at a local bar. The scene was great, bleak stares and overly-caring but non genuine anger. Nonetheless, I view today’s game as a great opportunity to attain a higher win percentage than our storied rival. That being said, there’s so many new variables that I have no clue what team shows up tomorrow. With that I anticipate a good ole slug-fest, missed shots and chaos overall. I’m easing into the season with a 2 unit under. The rust will be on display, but fret not Georgetown faithful. Ride with me as we enter a new dawn.

Okay so this is a layup. I said it once and I’ll say it again, Dartmouth sucks. I fully expect us to come out slow, but there’s no reason this team will win the game by less than 16 points. DePaul? Maybe. Dartmouth? Get out of here. I may be working on what some might call minimal sleep, but this seems like a lock of I’ve ever seen one.
