Ok, so the Hoyas lost at home the last time around 57-70 against the reintroduced Huskies from the underwhelming state of Connecticut. Ewing has the chance to be undefeated at Gampel Pavilion in his Big East coaching career. Oh, and the game is on CBS. Time to scorch more earth.
BTW, we all made heavy cash on the Georgetown spread against DePaul. Talk about true easy money.

This line feels borderline disrespectful. Your Hoyas have won four of the last five and are somehow expected to lose by a whopping 9.5 points against UConn. Vegas really forgot how hard it is to beat a team twice. Donât flinch and ride with the Hoyas on their last regular-season game of the year.

Feeling gutsy this morning. Last game of the regular season, have to go out with a splash. RJ Cole is a former Kenner League star, and James Bougknight is one of the best guards in the country, but the Hoyas are rolling. UConn has the 3-seed in the Big East locked up, if I had to guess theyâre not going to show up focused. Georgetown makes a statement today. The Chu Chu Chudier Bile Train only has one speed, and UConn is not slowing us down.

I donât know what’s more disgraceful, the fact that John is betting 4.5 units or the fact that Georgetown is almost ten-point underdogs. That doesnât matter, all that matters is that I have MORE DAMN POINTS. At this point, if youâve been reading this column for long enough, you should know that I hate statistics, but in the last UConn game the Hoyasâ average deficit was 4.6 points where they never really had a lead and lost by 13. I said this last time and Iâll say it again, thank you UConn for unnecessarily running up the score at the end of the last game. We may not be amazing, but weâre definitely better than a +9.5 line and the bookmakers donât know that so at this point. All Iâm seeing green. Oh and if that doesnât convince you, let me slaughtering some UConn fan in a quick Twitter argument be a good omen for whatâs ahead.
P.s. I was so close to taking the moneyline, but I flipped a coin and the coin told me spread. Maybe that means something tooâŚ

Echoing what Bobby said, 9 points? Damn. That being said, the Hoyas and UConn are undoubtedly the two hottest teams in the conference, and while UConn may be more talented, Iâll lay 9 points with the Hoyas and run folks. Give it to me.
